Mari Lyyra, OTT, has worked in various positions in the administration and management of teaching, e.g. as a teacher, head of administration and management, principal and director of education. He will start on August 1, 2022 as the Director of Education of the City of Kajaani.

Preparatory Director for Human Resources, Welfare area of Western Uusimaa. Experienced Human Resources Director with a demonstrated history of working in the government administration industry. Skilled in HR Consulting, Coaching, Personnel Management, Mediating and Employee Engagement.

The online seminar will discuss the legal implications of business transfers in wellbeing counties, with a particular focus on the transfer of rights and obligations.
In her thesis, Mari Lyyra has studied the identification and legal effects of a transfer of business and the effect of interpreting EU law, as well as the recent trend to regulate the transformation of the public sector into a transfer of a business under the law.
Kimmo Sarekoski will tell us more about in what way is the issue viewed in Western Uusimaa region and what kind of questions have arisen. Mari Lyyra examines the theme theoretically and Kimmo Sarekoski on a concrete level.
