In his keynote speech, Matti Ahrelma brings Anjee Solanki’s presentation to the Finnish and Nordic level, giving a local market overview.

I have been involved in several large shopping center concept and space planning projects, such as Mall of Tripla and Turku’s Hansakortteli. The most recent ongoing project is the Helsinki Central Railway Station development and renovation project, where the station’s architecture is raised to its rightful value and the station’s service offering is renewed to better serve customers.

Jussi Raitaniemi

Jussi is a member of Trevian’s management team and is responsible for the Retail business and the financial management of properties outside the capital region.
He has 15 years of experience in real estate asset management with international investors, as well as experience in managing real estate and portfolio entities located in Norway and the Baltics.
Jussi has a DI degree in real estate management from the University of Technology. Jussi’s special expertise is the strategic management of large portfolios and leasing.
