Special Guest Speaker
National Director, Retail Services & Practice Groups
Anjee Solanki will talk about the effects of global inflation, rising prices and interest rates, and political uncertainty on the decision-making of consumers, retailers and investors. She examines the development in a timeline starting from 2019 to the present and from now on, drilling down into the purchasing behavior of different types of consumers/family units, different product categories and the survival strategies of different players and, on the investment side, the return prospects.
U.S. Based in San Francisco and with more than 32 years of experience, she provides strategic leadership to over 550 specialized retail professionals across 177 offices.
Her strategy identifies current market and property inefficiencies to capture untapped value through asset repositioning, releasing, redevelopment, rehabilitation, proactive management, and enhanced marketing.
Creative problem-solving is her specialty, and she becomes a key stakeholder with national and international retailers, such as JPMC, Opry City Stage/Ole Red and Tim Hortons, and many others. Her highly focused approach reduces the risk profile and provides clients with a thoughtful approach executing strategic multi-year planning initiatives.
