In his keynote speech, Matti Ahrelma brings Anjee Solanki’s presentation to the Finnish and Nordic level, giving a local market overview.

“We are an interesting player precisely because of Colliers’ global network and our local expertise. We have excellent networks for both Finnish and international investors. Strong and smooth cooperation with Colliers’ European and global Capital markets teams supports operations with international gamblers. In addition to traditional buying and selling advice, our services also cover a debt financing arrangement, which we implement in cooperation with EMEA’s Debt Advisory team,” says Matti Ahrelma.

Colliers’ strength is the extent of the global network and good local market knowledge. The company has operations in 62 countries in hundreds of locations, from Oulu to Cape Town and from Vancouver to Auckland. The global network makes trading easy for investors, wherever they operate or want to own real estate.
