She examines the development in a timeline starting from 2019 to the present and from now on, drilling down into the purchasing behavior of different types of consumers/family units, different product categories and the survival strategies of different players and, on the investment side, the return prospects.

Her strategy identifies current market and property inefficiencies to capture untapped value through asset repositioning, releasing, redevelopment, rehabilitation, proactive management, and enhanced marketing.

Tanja Linsiö is a brand development professional who previously worked in the construction industry and before that for 15 years in the fashion industry, where she has witnessed the industry’s change in a more ethical and ecological direction. Linsiö strongly intends to bring this same activity to RED. Linsiö is part of CBRE’s Property Management team.

I have been involved in several large shopping center concept and space planning projects, such as Mall of Tripla and Turku’s Hansakortteli. The most recent ongoing project is the Helsinki Central Railway Station development and renovation project, where the station’s architecture is raised to its rightful value and the station’s service offering is renewed to better serve customers.

He has 15 years of experience in real estate asset management with international investors, as well as experience in managing real estate and portfolio entities located in Norway and the Baltics.
Jussi has a DI degree in real estate management from the University of Technology. Jussi’s special expertise is the strategic management of large portfolios and leasing.
